RAM (Z Axis)
Made of SG Iron (SG 600/3) with LM Guideways (Size 55), Drive Transmission Thru’ Ø63 x 10P Ground Ball Screw coupled directly to Servo Motor.
QUILL (W Axis)
Ø130 hardened quill moves inside the Ram. Hydraulic Automatic Tool Clamp - Unclamp is provided with Berg gripper. Drive Transmission Thru’ Ø40 x 10P ground ball screw coupled directly to Servo motor.
Spindle Drive
Thru’ Belt Drive (With optional 2 Speed Gear Box). Provision has been made to accommodate different Manual Heads.
